Casey Seiden MS, RD, CDN, DCES is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. She completed her Masters in Nutrition and Public Health and dietetic internship training at Teachers College Columbia University. Casey has helped hundreds of individuals improve their eating and lifestyle habits to better manage their diabetes, heart and kidney conditions, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, and find overall improved health and wellness. She works with her clients to find a personalized diet that promotes balanced nutrition and is not lacking in delicious food. When not in the kitchen she can be found running miles around Central Park, traveling the globe in search of delicious food, and sipping coffee with her husband.
